FILOSOFIE GEWOON

In Plato's "Symposium" (around 385 BC) six men at a drinking party take turns giving speeches about love. Aristophanes tells the myth of the spherical proto-humans cut in half by Zeus — that is why we seek our "other half". One of the earliest philosophical texts on romantic love.
